Pastrami v. Kangaroo

I love Pastrami and yours looks really delicious but you know that already. I have a couple of sisters that live in Texas,close to Dalllas cannot find any Pastrami how would I send them some? If it's at all possible, by the way you look good on camera keep smiling. Gloria Marichalar
Why bother with consumer interviews? Eating pastrami saves the cute little kangaroos.

I voted for Pastrami. Will you do voting for ostrich meat? I think cooking ostrich with black pepper is delicious.
